Mr. Katz once again serves as Principal, KLR-Associates, LLC after joining Guggenheim Partners for several years. His clients included internet star-ups, private equity and M&A boutiques. Raymond L. Katz was formerly Senior Managing Director, Group Leader of the Equity Research Media Group, Cable and Entertainment, TV and Radio Broadcasting, Publishing, Speciality Entertainment, Internet Media, Satellites and Emerging Media Markets, Bear Stearns and Company, 1994 - 2006. He was Senior Media Analyst at Lehman Brothers (1990-1994) and Mabon Nugent (1987-1990), and prior to that he held various financial positions in entertainment, broadcasting and cable, and music at CBS, Inc. He was an institutional investor All Star Analyst in cable and or entertainment for 16 consecutive years.

Harvey L. Benenson is a Managing Director and the Chief Executive Officer of Lyons, Benenson & Company (LB&Co). Prior to co-founding LB&Co. in 1988, Mr. Benenson was a Director of Ayers, Whitmore & Company Inc. for five years and a Principal of Cresap, McCormick and Paget Inc. for nine years. When Cresap, McCormick and Paget Inc. merged into Towers Perrin, Mr. Benenson became a partner of that firm. Michael D. Fleischman
CFO, Digital Remedy (formerly CPXi)
Mr. Fleischman has over 35 years experience in corporate finance and strategic planning at Cablevision Systems Corporation, primarily in Rainbow Advertising Sales, which he helped to establish, and Rainbow Media Holdings, the company's programming subsidiary, where he was responsible for the company's regional sports services, and partnerships with LIberty Media, NBC and Fox.
Mr. Fleischman now serves as CFO at client Digital Remedy, formerly CPXi, a Global Online Advertising Network serving more than 30 billion impressions to more than 200 million unique users in 60 countries every month. He is responsible for managing Global Business Development including high level publisher relationships and oversight of USA business operations including Quality Assurance, Account Management and Compensation.
Fred Kuster
Mr. Kuster has over 35 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting and strategic planning at Cablevision Systems Corporation and its Rainbow Media Holdings Subsidiary. He has been involved in its Sports and Technology companies, and later in its Corporate Finance function, its payables and other corporate accounting functions, and has worked with Mr. Rosengard on several projects including support for a children’s programming startup, a Spanish language media startup, and on several other operational and startup plans, and fund raises.
